Hi Technot, when pairing the K780 to an iPad or iPhone it will prompt you to enter a code after you've selected the keyboard for Bluetooth connection. You will enter that code on the keyboard and then press enter on the keyboard. This will pair the device to the keyboard allowing you to type. Please also make sure that you switch the 1-2-3 to the correct number if you have the K780 paired to multiple devices.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I paired with my Android smartphone and iPad. Launch the app you are sending text from. On smartphone I mused Message. Type your message on keyboard. To send i had to use Enter button on furthest lower right corner of k780 keyboard. For iPad to sent message. I use Gmail or the email icon on whatever app. Type message on keyboard. I have not successfully determined how to send the message from keyboard for ipad. I press the send icon on ipad atm.

In the process, did you see the pop-up show up on the phone/tablet, giving a code to type into the keyboard? Once you've done that you should be able to connect. If the pop-up doesn't show up, make sure your device is visible to new connections.
