“I WANT TO USE MY FUNCTION KEYS1F-1 THRU F12 WITHOUT PRESSING THE FN KEY”

• 1. press the windows key (start key on the K780) on your keyboard 2. type logitech and select "logitech options" (see image below) 3. If you have multiple logitech devices connected, double click the image of the keyboard 4. place a check mark in the checkbox that says "Use F1 - F12 as standard function keys" (see image below)

• F1, F2, AND F3 ARE TAKEN TO USE THE KEYBOARD WITH OTHER DEVICES. I HAVE MY PC, PHONE AND IPAD ASSIGNED TO THEM. F4, F5, F6 AND SEARCH CAN BE USED AS IS, I HAVE THEM PROGRAMED FOR CUT, COPY, PASTE AND BACK (WEB BROWSER). ALL OF THE FUNCTION KEYS ARE USEABLE WITHOUT THE FN KEY. I'M NOT SURE WHAT THEY DO WITH THE FN KEY PRESSED. IF YOU LIKE FLAT KEYS THAT YOUR FINGERS CAN GLIDE OVER THIS IS A GREAT KEYBOARD. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS NO CAPS, FN LOCK LIGHTS. I USE THE PROGRAM "ADDLEDS" TO TAKE CARE OF THAT.

• You can't you have to press the FN key to sue the function keys in that way.
