- Answer Don't waste your money on Logitech systems, all the 5 star ratings are either fake, or traded for the free or heavily reduced price on their product. Look up the class action lawsuit Logitech has on them right now. best of luck to you

- Answer I have a Samsung android phone which while I'm reviewing my history on my Logitech circle app I can save specific snapshots or video segments to my phone. So, it's up to you how much and when you can save. The camera stays dormant until it picks up motion, then it starts recording which it saves as an event with a time stamp. You can review a 24 hour day and pick and choose what you want to save or ignore. We really love it.

- Answer It does display a red LED light when in the infrared mode, but both the motion LED indicator and Infrared LED lights can be disabled in the user menu.

QuestionCan this be installed without connecting the camera or the computer to Ethernet. I have the wifi ssid and access code. How is the ssid and access code programmed into the camera? Is that done through the app and Bluetooth?

- Answer You do not have to connect to a computer. When you install the app on your phone it will connect to the camera and you will be able to get on your wifi by entering your network password. It is super simple.

- Answer Continuously on the cam side but not much. It records bits of video based on a he motion sensor that is available for replay for about a day on your phone. Free. Nest charges for recording.

- Answer I've seen other cameras on the market advertised for outside use. This one was not. It doesn't appear to be very protected so if you did, you'd want to have it under cover. Not sure how temps would affect it. Keep in mind that you need a spot to plug it in too.

- Answer You might have a defective unit, but check the easiest first. Is it working at all when it is on the base? If not, you might not have power to the outlet or the circle might not be down securely on its base. When you say hold a charge, are you talking at all, or just for a while? Remember the charge only lasts a couple of hours if your unit is active.

- Answer In the upper left hand of your phone (device) there’s an icon of a person , hold it while speaking into your device. When you done speaking into it remove finger from the icon.

- Answer A week is a bit longish... I've gone three or four days, but not seven... Now I will have to try that out. I am not certain is has anything to do with how much it records tho... since it is always "looking" - if constantly recording and it is not plugged in, does that create additional load on the battery? Hmmm, not sure.
