I just tested it with my keyboard and the answer for me is no.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, this will be compatible as a replacement for your current M310. You will need to pair the new M310 with the old receiver. Search for "Logitech unifying software" from the official Logitech support website for information about how to pair the new mouse with your current receiver.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Logitech has a small windows program that will allow you to mate a mouse and a nano receiver. Thaty have a separate one for a unifying receiver, so make sure which one you use. I'm not sure that the nano receiver can be user programmed for both a keyboard and a mouse, but it's worth a shot.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm getting the same Logitech m-310 wireless mouse without a receiver but my broken m-310 logitech has the receiver. will it work?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used it for the same purpose. Needed a second mouse to set it up. May not have been necessary, but it was easy that way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It probably wont work with the same USB receiver that came with your keyboard set, but it will work as an independent mouse along with your keyboard. You will need to use the USB receiver that comes with the mouse and the one that came with your keyboard set. The only problem is that you will be using 2 USB ports. If you need more information you can call Logitech.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can call the Logitech toll free number on the package and ask for technical support. They will want the serial number of the keyboard and mousre you already have.
