Do you have the nano receiver plugged into the USB port? I'd also try changing the battery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the battery tab was pulled all the way out and make sure it's turned on
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You could try to download and install the unifying software for that model of keyboard/mouse combo and remove/resync the mouse to that USB receiver to see if you get it working again. Otherwise you may have to contact Logitech about a replacement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to pair each item individually. you can find the directions on logitech's website
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like an intermittent power supply. I would try fresh batteries checking the contacts in the mouse are tight against the batteries and not obstructed by debris. Make sure the usb is fully seated also, if nothing works return it.

Both to make sure it has enough juice & that it's properly seated in the well - NOTE: make sure you use alkaline batteries, NOT those cheapo "super duty" batteries sold by $$ stores. The Sunbeam alkaline's work great, there's several reviews on utoob. Did your Keyboard / mouse come as a set?? -- If yes, have you checked to see if they support Unifying technology?? -- Unifying keyboards / mice have a orange / black star on the bottom near the model number. -- It's on top of the receivers (see attached) - In order for the unifying receiver to work with more than one device, you need to download the Logitech Unifying software here... http://support.logitech.com/en_us/software/unifying -- very compact & easy to use NOTE: not all Unifying keyboards / mice come with a Unifying receiver. - Good example is the M310 mouse, it supports Unifying technology but comes with a dumb receiver - I have two of them, speaking from personal experience. - Cannot get them to work with the "dumb" receivers they came with. BUT, they work just fine with both Unifying receivers I have. Hope that helps -- good luck!

This could be a possible issue with the automatic driver install after Plug and Play. The Green light will come and go off intermittently when the system is trying to detect the new USB device (mouse) during driver install. Try these steps: 1. Check if computer is continuously connected to wireless or LAN connection 2. Remove all devices from USB ports of the computer and restart the computer 3. When the computer is ready plug the keyboard and mouse USB pieces. (Check if firewalls are disabled. You can turn it back on once everything work) 4. A dialog box will show the driver installation progress and the lights on keyboard and mouse will blink intermittently. 5. Once drivers are installed, test the keyboard and mouse they both should work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. On mine the keyboard and mouse are separate. Connecting the keyboard does not connect the mouse. You have to connect the little USB wireless connector to an open USB port on your computer for the mouse to connect wirelessly. Intermittent green light on mouse sounds like an unsecured battery insertion. Remove and replace the battery and make sure it clicks into place. Make sure that the on/off switch on the bottom of the mouse is pushed to the left so the green signal is showing.
