Yes - I use my M310 with Logitech's unifying receiver.

Look on the bottom, If has the unifying logto it will work.

Yes, the M310 will work with a unifying receiver. It does not come with one. You will have to program the mouse to pair with a unifying using Logitech's Unifying Software.
