You need to press once to select which channel you want (1 or 2). then hold the button down. it will flash faster indicating that it is attempting to pair. Check the control panel/bluetooth on your device to complete pairing. Nothing wrong with the mouse.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just had this happen where the white #2key was flashing. I hadn't realized the keyboard was paired on #1 key. I pressed the #1 key and 2 stopped flashing 1 is on constant and my keyboard is working fine.i guess ther are 3 channels for this unit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My keyboard had been paired and was working fine. Then one day the #2 button was blinking and my keyboard would no longer work. Many on this group said the keyboard needs to be paired. I did troubleshooting and my PC said the device (keyboard) is working fine. One person said press the #3 button. I tried that with no luck. So I pressed the number #1 button and it WORKED. The keyboard was paired to the #1 button and I must have accidentally pressed the #2 button sometime during the day. Hope this helps and good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This happened to me, too! The fast blinking means it is in pairing mode. Go to your bluetooth settings and click to add a device. Pick your mouse (and keyboard if needed) and it will re-pair. Not sure why it happens, but this will fix it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I removed the device from my laptop and reconnected it. It worked.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve ran into this multiple time. This keyboard has 3 channels for Bluetooth. This keyboard is great but will randomly show on your computer it’s connected when it’s not (flashing 1,2,3) means it needs to be synced again. Go to Bluetooth settings>hold down either (1,2,3) until flashing and disconnect on computers Bluetooth settings. It will prompt to sync again, type in code and you’re solid.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you connected the blue tooth from a device to the mouse? This is usually indicating it is not connected yet
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.#2 was flashing and would not pair with the keyboard. then I pushed #3 and it stopped. I guess the mouse had already paired #3 with that device. it is a piece of jank, but if you just keep pushing buttons something will work eventually. I haven't tired pairing more than one device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like it isn't paired yet to your Bluetooth or wireless dongle.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure I understand your question. This mouse allows you to switch between two systems. I use remote desktop a lot and can I set this mouse to display a unique cursor for the remote system and another for the main system. This makes it easy to visually know which system I am roaming around in – nice.
