• As long as you have a Unifying Logitech Mouse w/ Unifying receiver yes it will work. you can look on the bottom of (most) the mouse of a Orange star burst symbol indicating that it is a unifying mouse, then all you would need to do is download from the Logitech website the unifying software, run the software, it will walk you though the simple 3 step process.

• only a logitech mouse with the unifying symbol will work with the receiver that comes with this set. You can still use your old mouse, you'll just have to have its receiver plugged into your computer, along with the receiver for this keyboard (taking up 2 USB ports)

• I have an older M705 mouse and was able to install it with this keyboard. Was kind of tricky to do.

• If you have a unifying receiver compatible mouse it will work with only one USB dongle. You'd have to download the software from Logitech's site. If your mouse isn't unifying compatible, then it will still work but you will need to use a different USB port.

• Yes it would work with the keyboard. You would still need to plug in the USB receiver to work the keyboard along with whatever your current mouse uses. It would probably not work off of the same receiver

• the receiver that comes with this set is NOT a unifying receiver. IT works fine as a set but if you want to hook a different mouse up or some other unifying device, it will not work with the included receiver.

• No - because the USB is programmed to only work with the keyboard and/or mouse that it comes with. You could buy a keyboard only and plug in 2 corresponding usb's. Much easier to just replace with a new set.
