QuestionAre the keystrokes quiet with this keyboard? I’m on the phone a lot with customers and don’t want them to hear me type.

- Answer Yes absolutely quiet plus has a nice feel when typing. Does not have that clank typing sound that you get from cheap keyboards. I am very satisfied with this wireless combo.

- Answer Yes, the MK360 will work on macOS Catalina. The only downside is that this keyboard is laid out for Windows so you will have to re-bind some keys in your Mac's settings.

- Answer Bought MK360 from Best Buy last week and it does not have Unifying standard. Spoke to Logitech who said they make two versions of the MK360, so you have to check the box to see if it is unifying or not. They said BB sells both versions.

- Answer Hello Ginger. The MK360 and MK270 have a few differences. The keyboard in the MK360 is a more compact keyboard with scissor keys. The MK270 is a full-size keyboard and uses membrane mechanical keys. They both have the same mouse. - Answer Hello BRUNO, Yes, the Logitech MK360 mouse and keyboard combo uses replaceable batteries. The keyboard comes with 2xAAA batteries rated for a battery life of up to 2 years. - Answer No, you have to use the USB dongle. Logitech makes a Bluetooth keyboard that will work with the Surface. I use the Bluetooth one with my iPad.
