Where is the usb located ? null

When you open the box the USB dongle is stuck in the cardboard right by the mouse...It is easy to miss...I hope you still have it!

Hello! The USB receiver should be located either in the bottom of the keyboard by the batteries, the bottom of the mouse by the batteries, or in the box. Sometimes in shipping the dongle comes loose in the box so you may have to check under some of the cardboard in the box. - Maggie from Logitech
