Google “Logitech Drivers for Mac”. I’ve used this with both my PC and iMac. Super easy. Also, the “Apple Key” is still a function you can use. (i.e. Apple-key + C/Apple-key + V to copy/paste). Instead of it being the Apple key, you’ll use the windows key (two keys to the left of the space bar).

You may want to also download Logitech Options to help with the pairing process if that's the issue. If your MacBook is newer and does not have a USB-A port, you'll need to get a USB-A adapter to make mouse and keyboard combo work.
