Hello, The Logitech MK850 mouse and keyboard combo can pair to up to 3 devices vis Bluetooth or Unifying USB receiver. Pressing the white #1,2 or 3 keys will switch between the three inputes. If the #1 key is blinking, it is in pairing mode. Holding down one of these keys sets the keyboard into pairing mode, you will want to either go to your device's Bluetooth settings to connect the keyboard via Bluetooth, or connect to the Unifying receiver through Logitech "Options" or "Unifying" software. I have attached a link to the "Getting Started" support page for your reference. Please feel welcome to visit the Logitech website for further support. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We had the same issue. As it turned out for us, we had accidentally touched the number 1 and it was trying to pair. After a few hours of battery testing and searching for drivers, restarting computer, we tried pressing "2" and everything suddenly worked. Apparently, the keyboard had initially auto paired with the desktop as device "2".
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this happen to my K860 (slow response, repeated or missed keys) when I plugged another wireless device (in this case a Logi MX Ergo Plus trackball mouse) in to a power pack to charge. I imagine there was some sort of interference being caused by that power source (though the mouse worked fine). I plugged the mouse into the computer itself to charge, which i think takes it from wireless to wired, leaving the keyboard the only thing communicating to the receiver. That cleared it up for me anyway.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is a known issue of interference of certain devices especially with USB 3.0 ports and the unifying receiver. Move the receiver closer if possible (in particular this issue occurs if it's plugged into a hub or dock). Or get a USB extension cable and plug the receiver into that and put it closer to your keyboard.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The blinking light is telling you it is not paired to your device.
