“Can anyone tell me if they are still (as of 2023) shipping the plus with the extra wedge that the mouse sits on? I've read in reviews elsewhere that they are not but wanted to be sure what I am buying before I pull the trigger. Thanks!”

I'm pretty sure I've seen it listed with and without the wedge. The ones with the wedge should be clearly marked.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It isn't a wedge. It is a steel plate held to the base by strong magnets. The plate flips between two positions. Flat give it a profile the same as the Logitech M570/M575. Tilted raises the left side of the trackball about 1//2 inch (13mm). The steel plate is the base where the feet are and I don't know how it could come without it. I suspect those complaining about the missing wedge did not RTFM or did not find the tilt functionality before complaining.
