Hello. The MX Ergo Plus uses our Unifying Receiver. That can be purchased here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/logitech-usb-unifying-receiver/6201006.p?skuId=6201006 Also, the MX Ergo Plus has Bluetooth, so you can connect to your computer via Bluetooth if you do not want to use the USB receiver.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can buy a unifying receiver or, if the computer you're using this with has Bluetooth, you can pair it over Bluetooth instead.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You may want to try the Logi Universal Receiver. However, I have had spotty results down that path. I would call your local Best Buy store and speak with one of the specialized employees, as they may have onpoint advice. Another route could be reaching out to the manufacturer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You're lucky you got one, I didn't, or at least didn't find it in the packaging. You need a "Unifying" receiver, which comes with just about every Logitech wireless mouse or keyboard. Luckily I had extra ones. You might be able to order one from Logitech, but my guess is it would cost at least as much as their cheapest wireless mouse. Often the mouse or keyboard has a little storage compartment for the receiver, but not the MX Ergo, apparently. My suggestion is if you like the Logitech wireless keyboards, pick up one of those, make sure it comes with a receiver, and you can pair both the keyboard and trackball with it.
I would recommend:
