The only tactic that worked for me after changing the Lock key to Sleep function and pressing it only to have it shut down my computer was to re-boot the computer, which brought it back to life. Submitted this issue to Logitech Support, but no response yet. I'm not holding my breath because all the other responses from Logitech Support don't even address the issue, let alone try to fix it -- just bad software design and poorly-trained support staff, I guess.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Andy. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "locked" your keyboard... If its not working, it may just need the batteries to be charged. Also, your keyboard can connect to 3 different devices, you may have accidentally switched the connection. You can cycle through them with the 1,2,3 on the top row above the insert/home/page up keys. If none of that works, you may need to re-pair the connection with your USB/computer. If you don't have Logitech Options installed on your computer, you will need that to fix the connection. https://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/options
