I had the same issue with this and other keyboard. I have both the pink mini version of this and the full black version. MMMMMMMMMMakes it extremelyyyy hard to work witttttttth. ^ as sampled from above. It's not just a few keys, it's all of them randomlyyy. Otherwise reeeeally great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same issue. I'll be typing along and sssssssss or whatever. I've tried factory resetting and upgraded the firmware. Logitech replaced the USB receiver and then the entire new keyboard which still does it. Strangely, we own another and it never has (yet). I'm now trying it connected to Bluetooth, no USB dongle. If I had to guess, these seem very susceptable to interference. Rather than an individual product defect it seems to be a feature. I love these keyboards but haven't found a fix yet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am having the same issue. I thought it was my typing but it seems like it may be a common issue. I end up backspacing to take the run-on letters or symbols out of whatever I am writing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Key contact sticking, try some electro-contact cleaner spray directly under the key. Hope this helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, Make sure that the receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. Unpair/repair or disconnect/reconnect hardware. Upgrade firmware using Logitech's Options software; here's the link to download: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035270173-Download-MX-Keys-Wireless-Illuminated-Keyboard.
