Good day! The MX Keys S comes with a Li-Po (1500 mAh) battery which will last up to 10 days on a full charge with predefined settings or up to 5 months with backlighting off (Battery life may vary based on user and computing conditions)

It could last you maybe 10 days it doesn't lose a charge when you turn the keyboard off. Once the keyboard tells you then you need to charge the Keyboard. I have had the a similar keyboard for years with the backlit keys and the same charging system. I am a lite user that never turns my keyboard off and it still will last me about 10 days. I think it's the best kind of keyboard to have.
