check the charger you are using. if plugged into the computer and it fell asleep then your USB ports may fall asleep as well and it was not actually charging all night long. Use a wall outlet charger like you would for a cellphone or check computer settings and make sure your computer never goes to sleep or hibernates while charging.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Were all 3 lights green on the side? Maybe the voltage your using to charge was low and the mouse didn't fully charge. I've never had this problem on any of my mice, and I have bought 3 of these, one for work, one for home, and one to stay in my travel bag (i travel often for work).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Are you certain the charger was connected properly? Even if the mouse is powered on all day, it shouldn't lose it's charge after one day. Could be a bad battery. If the issue persists, you may want to contact Logitech support.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. How did you charge it? If you plugged it into the USB port then put your computer to sleep, it probably didn’t charge. I have always plugged it into the USB and continued using it while it charged. Mine lasts a couple weeks using it 8 hours a day 5 days a week.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t know exactly what the issue is but it is not always a good thing when you charge batteries overnight. It kills battery most of the time. I will advise to find out from Logitech. They may have a solution or change it for you if it’s a factory problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It should charge in a few hours completely and last for about 60 days or more on a full charge. You may have a damaged battery. I would check it out. May need to be replaced.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you're doing nothing wrong; this Logitech mouse is a piece of junk and simply stops working after a few months.
