• I bought this for my Mac, but I also use it on my work computer which is a Surface Laptop 3. The Mac version doesn't come with a USB receiver, but the Bluetooth has worked flawlessly for both my Mac and my PC.

• Yes you can use it with pc and Mac and don’t need the receiver!!! I would buy the Mac version if I only had a pc.

• Hello Ollie. The MX Master 3 for Mac is the same as the regular MX Master 3, except a different color and, like you mentioned, doesn't come with the Unifying Receiver. It will work over Bluetooth just like the regular mouse.
