• Yes, you can use one dongle for any Logitech product that supports the Unifying Dongle. I have the MX Master 3 Mouse, MX Master Keys, and the Zone 900 Headset hooked together with one dongle.

• You can use it when you pair them both with the same receiver. Keep in mind, if you are thinking of switching between devices with one button click (only on Mouse / Keyboard) it might not happen.
