I say that would be more of a Direct Logitech thing to ask them, I got their Number from their Official Site : (Toll Free) +1 866-632-5644 Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the USB-C plug is completely inserted. Still no joy, try flipping the USB-C plug upside down, firmly insert, and try it again. The 3 times I've had to charge mine so far, the charge didn't take the first time. When I flipped the USB-C plug and reinserted, it immediately started charging. Shouldn't make any difference with USB-C, but go figure!

If you're using the dongle you can download an application on the Logitech site to force a dongle and mouse to repair. It also lets you connect several compatible logitech devices onto one dongle - like a keyboard and mouse. I'd try the repair procedure as described the manual. The Connect button is part of that.

First, the slowly blinking light on 1 means that it is trying to connect to a device that it has already been connected to. Did you originally pair the mouse with your computer using #1? Are you using Bluetooth or the USB receiver? Try cycling through the 3 devices to see if one of them connects to your device. If none of them work, you can re-pair the Bluetooth by toggling to the number you want your device to connect to and then holding down the button until it is blinking rapidly. This will put the mouse in pairing mode. Go into your device's Bluetooth settings and find the MX Master 3. Click on it to pair. If you were using the USB Receiver, unplug the USB from your computer and try it in a different USB port. Hopefully this helps!
