Yes, the Logitech MX Master 3S can connect without Bluetooth using the USB adapter that comes with the mouse.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bluetooth operates on the Radio Frequency of 2.4GHz. Which means it is RF ... I use the Logi Bolt USB Receiver instead of Bluetooth. That's the only other supported way of connecting this mouse.
