- Answer I highly doubt this would wirelessly charge your laptop. Only certain Logitech wireless mice.

- Answer Yes, it will. You will simply replace the small round disk on the bottom with an included piece that allows for charging.

- Answer Hello. The USB from the Powerplay provides power and the lightspeed connection to the computer. That being said, you will need to plug in your USB receiver that came with your Powerplay compatible mouse to connect it to the computer, but it would still charge on the Powerplay mat as long as it is receiving power.

- Answer As far as my tests have found, yes. I have tried putting third party mousepads over the charging surface, as much as tripling the thickness of material between the mouse and the charging pad. It continues to charge without flaw, so any size should work for you.
