I would check your USB port. Maybe try using it from a different one. Could also be radio interference. Are there any routers or other sources of 2.4ghz RFI nearby?

I don't know if you are using the mic or a stand alone mic. We turned off the included mic because we have a stand alone mic and this caused problems with the software. Also, the software for them installed a newer driver for the headphones so definitely do this: - Make sure you have the USB dongle plugged in, I would probably do the front IO ports (less interference) but the back motherboard IO should be fine, definitely try the front if it's the dongle failing. - if you go to control panel > sound > Logitech g pro > properties > driver, you'll see that it's either going to be a "generic" driver or a "Logitech" driver. If you have the Logitech software, it'll be the Logitech one, which is newrt and works very well. - make sure to download and install the Logitech software (unless you don't want it but if it's not working, I would try doing it), restart your pc, and then open the software again. I had issues with the headphones connecting but all I had to do was restart my pc for the firmware to be updated from the software. - this is a big one, if you're using multiple inputs (microphones) make sure that your Logitech mic is still an "allowed device" (if you open settings and go to sound settings, if you see it under input devices, you're good). I'm not saying it needs to be selected but it definitely needs to be available to be selected. Everytime I've turned this part off, it caused problems. I turned it off because I had a separate mic I was using so I thought it was unnecessary to have on my pc as an option, but it turns out that the driver and software need it for compatibility. - lastly, try connecting with the included cable too. It may seem unnecessary but maybe it'll work. I hope this helps! I mainly ran into connection problems because of the software and driver failing to work because I took off the Logitech mic as an option. Also, this affected the headphones from the firmware update working which also made them not work. Please let me know if you need anymore help and I can include some photos of what I mean.
