• Yes you can, you just need to install the logitech presentation software form the logitheh website and add additional function to the existing buttons.

• You are able to program any keyboard function into a held button on the remote. You would one able to pause a video if the held function was a space bar.

• I've only used it for PowerPoint, not video, but it does not have a pause control.

• Hello jnfs! You won't be able to play with the video controls on screen unfortunately, that would require a separate mouse to do so. The R500s Presenter Bluetooth and USB Presentation Clicker will allow you to navigate from slide to slide, and play the video at the start of a new slide.
