Hello, The Professional Presenter uses a green laser that will unfortunately disappear when pointed at a television. Many modern televisions are made up of LCD or LED screens. As you might know, television monitors are designed to absorb incoming lights, so that viewers could see a better contrast of colors on screen. Laser pointers that show up on a typical slide projector screen, or on a matte surface such as a well, will scarcely be visible on an LCD or LED screen because television screens contain a polarizing filter. The area between colored pixels is painted black, and this is designed to absorb all incoming light. All this to say, laser lights pointed at the screen wouldn't get reflected, thus giving you the perception of laser light becoming "lost in the screen". - Richard from Logitech
