Hello David! The Signature M650 Wireless Scroll Mouse with Silent Clicks doesn't have the multi-device Easy-Switch feature no. If you're in the market for a mouse that offers this options, I would suggest checking the M720 Triathlon, the MX Anywhere 3 or the MX Master 3S mice. - Mathieu from Logitech

Pebble can connect to 2 device at the same time. So if you plug the usb to a laptop, than you can connect to the other PC or phone or ipad or tablet via bluetooth at the same time. There is a quick switcher from usb mode to bluetooth mode at the bottom of the mouse. The M650 has also bluetooth but it can not function at the same time like the pebble.
