I kept getting an error message about timing out? What I found from another site, helped me a lot and got it paired. Go to ACCESSIBILITY….then make sure you turn on KEYBOARD “FULL KEYBOARD” I think it said. It finally worked after trying for at least two weeks!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just purchases a slim folio and it is not paring with my Ipad
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Am! The Slim Folio Keyboard will only connect to the iPad Air Gen 3, so make sure you have the correct iPad. Once confirmed, if this is the first time you are pairing the keyboard, make sure you pull the battery tab out of the keyboard, then place your iPad in the cover, and slide it into typing position. The keyboard will turn on automatically, and be in pairing mode. If that doesn't happen for some reason, press the Bluetooth connect button at the top right of the keyboard for 2 seconds until the status light blinks blue, then go to your iPad Bluetooth Settings, and select Slim Folio. You iPad may ask to enter a PIN, if it does, enter the PIN on the keyboard, and press enter. That should complete the connection.
