- Answer Make sure some of the plastic that is shipped to keep the batteries fresh is removed. Sometimes a bit of plastic can wedge itself between the battery contacts and the battery. Open the battery compartment, check the batteries and close the compartment. It just just start working.

- Answer You need to order the right keyboard for your generation of ipad, while it might work, the cutouts for controls and speaker may not exactly align. Multiple generations of this keyboard are available. I would not order it for the wrong ipad.

- Answer Hello. The Logitech Slim Folio cases are molded to fit specific iPad models. This one will fit only the 5th and 6th Generation iPads. You will then connect the keyboard and iPad using Bluetooth.

- Answer It does not recharge. The two batteries give a predicted 4 year life under normal operation. If you are a heavy user, invest in the lithium version of the 2032 battery. That battery will give years of service. There is an led that will tell you when the battery life is low so you can replace it.

- Answer After some research I can't find any definite answer that keyboards do work with Hello Neighbor, but if they do, any Bluetooth keyboard would work. I would personally recommend the K480 or K780 since they both have a try to hold your device while you play.
