Q: QuestionIs this webcam compatible with the HP Pavilion Desktop-570-p013wb, serial # CNV7370WPS? Is it compatible with Windows 10 and a later version? Does it come with a privacy shutter or lens cover? Thanks.

• A:Answer ive had it for quite a bit and it doesnt come with a privacy shutter but it does come with a light to tell when its on and its compatible with my windows 10 pc it has a USB so i think anything with the ability to plug a usb it it will work with

Q: QuestionI have heard that Logitech Screen Capture software is NOT COMPATIBLE with Apple M-1 nor with latest MAC OS. Does this lack of compatibility compromise the functionality of the StreamCam? Is there other compatible software for optimal functionality?

• A:Answer It functions just fine, but the "auto track" feature doesn't. The older "Logitech Capture" doesn't work on M1+, and while the newer "G HUB" software does, it is missing many features. (This is true on Mac and Windows - Logitech has replaced the software with significantly less-feature-rich software. It's just that the older software still runs on Windows 11, while it doesn't on M1/Ventura.)

Q: QuestionWill you be adding full ghub support for Windows 11? Currently I cannot fully access all of the settings/features (auto framing for instance) with the ghub software? Logitech Capture does not support Windows 11 without visual banding in the video.

• A:Answer Richard, thank you for your reply. I have G Hub installed as you said and it is working, but I still do not have full access to the camera's capabilities and features. Please advise how I can use the Auto Framing feature of the StreamCam within G Hub. I do not see where it is available. Or, if possible, advise when there will be a Logitech Capture software update for Windows 11 compatibility. Logitech Capture is a more robust and flexible software, actually, which would be preferable.

• A:Answer In the GHub, there is toggle under the “Zoom” section as well as arrows for adjusting positions. I mainly use it for Discord, but it’s locked. I’m sure it should be open for use in other applications.

Q: QuestionHas Anyone had any issues with the StreamCam stuttering or screen tearing? I can't seem to get it to display a clear image that doesn't "jump" all over the place, as in it has a bunch of pixels or pieces of the screen 'tear' into the frame.

Q: QuestionCan I use this StreamCam Plus camera on the same PC that I already have a Brio webcam installed? I have tried to install two Brios on the same PC and have been told that will not work, which I have proven with my attempts. Logi Capture only sees one.
