• Yes, as long as the projector has an audio out headphone jack.

• I don't have a projector, but if the projector has a 3.5mm headphone jack or auxiliary out, then it should work.

• Yes but I would not suggest leaving them outside. They are built to be used indoors only but there would be nothing prohibiting you to use the device as you’ll need to. Again, they just wouldn’t be the best to leave outside.
