You have the wires mixed up. You have to switch the wires. The green plug goes into your laptop or computer and the other plug goes to the sub
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Val. The Z313 speaker does not have a built-in microphone. Are you sure you plugged the 3.5mm aux cable into the speaker port? You computer may have 2 3.5mm ports: one with a microphone on it (for a mic) and one with headphones. The speakers need to be plugged into the headphone port (probably green).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the Logitech subwoofer/volume control is plugged into the speaker output of the computer (it should be the green output port). Connect the satellite speakers to the subwoofer. Then the correct output device needs to be selected from Settings>System>Sound>Output>Output Device. If there is more than one output device shown, you may have to try each one to see which one works. On my HP PC the right device is Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine didn't have a microphone. Maybe the troubleshooter is referring to a microphone on another one of your externals. Or maybe it's saying that because you don't have any mic plugged in, and it's searching for one.
