A:Answer I'm not sure about your system, but that sounds just like what I encountered with my old, and them my new speaker system. Little did I know that if you place your curser over the speaker symbol (mine is) in the bottom right corner of the monitor. You click on that and mine gives you and option of internal speakers or "headphones". Headphones is also for the external system. Now they work great.
