- Answer you can use a standalone mic and connect it to the small on/off module, or you can use a headset with mic with a 3.5 jack connect it and it should work.

- Answer No, the Z313 is designed to be connected to devices with a stereo mini-plug. Traditional stereo receivers/amps like the Sony do have this type of connection, instead using RCA-type connectors and bare-cable clamps for speakers.
