• You can use your AV cables and hook it up into the back of the subwoofer. Just use the red and black cords. Then go into setting on PS3 and go to sound and make it so sound comes out of av cords not HDMI or you could have it come out of both. It's in the same area. Click allow multi audio I belive. I just did this with mine! Sounds amazing!

• I don't think so. I just switch the sound settings to the speakers when I hook up my laptop to TV via HDMI.

• Yes you can use av cables with this model. Has multiple inputs. As well as computer cables included
