they are just light enough that you can but if you move your head enough they start to sag off the ears but the mic wont rotate to your mouth in that position.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The microphone goes down pretty far so I think you should be fine placing it behind the top of the headset behind your head. But it’s not designed to be worn like that.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.These are not designed for behind the head but they will work that way. The earpieces don't swivel but have a slight amount of "give" that will allow them to to sit on the ears with the headpiece behind the head. I tried it and they will work that way but they're a bit heave and if you move your head much, they may slide down.
