QuestionI really dislike the "mute on" / "mute off" voice notifications. The manual does not mention a way of disabling this. Some users report that you can disable this through the app, but my company does not allow this installation on my work computer. Help!

- Answer Hello Anonymous, Unfortunately, without using Logitech's Logi Tune software you can't disable the voice notifications. You can download it onto your Smartphone---iOS or Android---and customize the Zone 900 that way. - Richard from Logitech

- Answer Hello Yuri! Usually, with most wireless headsets such as the Zone 900 Wireless Bluetooth Noise Cancelling On-Ear Headset, the mic will indeed turn off before the headphones die, yes. You normally get one or two hours extra of battery life if using the headset to listen to calls or music, without the mic being used. - Mathieu from Logitech

- Answer Hello SA, There are many differences between the Zone 900 and the H800 beyond their price. One big difference is the Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) that comes with the Zone 900. Also, the microphone is rotatable on the Zone 900 which means that you can have it either on the right or left depending on your preference. - Answer Hello employee! You cannot use the Zone 900 Wireless Bluetooth Noise Cancelling Over-Ear Headset as a wired headset no, the included charging cable will only charge the headset, but not make it a wired headset, so the pairing has to be made via the USB Unifying Receiver or via Bluetooth.

- Answer Hey there! Since the Zone 900 uses our Unifying Receiver, you can use many of our keyboards and mice and connect them all to just that one receiver. To figure out what devices are compatible, look for the orange/red unifying symbol on the packaging of any Logitech mouse and keyboard.

- Answer Hey there! The Zone 900 Wireless Bluetooth comes with an Audio+Unifying receiver which it can be connected through. It can also be connected via Bluetooth. Apart from the included receiver and Bluetooth, the headset cannot be connected to other receivers.

- Answer I have connected to my office phone through Bluetooth so I guess it will work with yours. Its very simple to connect just hold the Bluetooth button for couple seconds and it will find the device to connect with.

- Answer On the vol + and - side there is center button, when calls come through via mobile phone Bluetooth connection -press the button and you should be able to answer the call.
