Wires are 30m long which is 98.4252 feet. I'm not sure if the wires can be extended, kindly ask Geek Squad. Yes this unit is compatible with both hard wired & wifi cameras up to max number of cameras which is 8 on this unit. I imagine the alarm & lights can be disabled in the settings. Hope this helps. Multiple connections may result in signal depletion. The Cameras are all wired. You can add Wi-Fi cameras which are sold separately. Yes, the alarm/warning light can be disabled.
