You need to tap into your hot water pipe under your sink. It comes with a T-adapter and a good length of hose, but if your toilet isn't close to your sink, I don't recommend it.

My husband has the hot and cold attached together from the other side of wall. So we actually use just one hose for water. He had to adjust the temperature that way. I still end up having to flush toilet first to get the water warm. I wouldn’t want to have just cold water.
