• Yes, I believe they will. However, if you are backed up to the cloud, it is quite easy to do it yourself.

• So to transfer all your previous info this is actually done through your actual apple id so as long as you sign into your account you should have all the saved information. That being said it is always free to transfer your previous files but i always advise saving everything on a flash drive if the information you want is personal.
