• It will be a factory seal from Apple. It will have a pull tab to open it. On edge. They are factory sealed all from Apple or sold as an open box.

• You have the following buying options from BB. Brand new and Open Items which are rated on their website. You decide what is best for you. In general, I am ok buying Open Items that have been fully inspected. These products tend to be very good. As an Elite BB member I have a 30 day return which is good. Most folks have at least 15 days to try it out and if you don't like it you can return it. Now to to the apple icon, then "about this mac" and you will be able to see the specs of the machine.
