Every Mac comes with one year of hardware repair coverage through its limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary technical support.

1year Apple warranty. I didn’t purchase any additional warranty never had issues with Apple products. I purchase an Incase case, a protected Incase sleeve, and a keyboard covers to protect my investment.

There is a 1 year limited warranty. Other warranties can be purchased at the time of sale or after buying the product (usually 1-3 months depending on the product) directly from apple. Those are AppleCare or AppleCare+ and you can read more about those warranty options at Apple's website by searching for "MacBook AppleCare."
