    • Answer It's smaller and less powerful. The circumference of the Magic Bullet containers are smaller than the Nutribullet and make it much easier to grasp. Another factor to consider is that they are microwave safe. The Nutribullet containers are not. (I called the company to verify). In my opinion, the Magic Bullet does a better job of grinding meats, nuts, coffee etc. because the wattage of the motor is lower and the rpms are lower then the Nutribullet. Both make excellent smoothies . The Nutribullet pulverizes ingredients better, making a much smoother smoothie. It also has a larger footprint and has a larger container . It's my opinion that the Nutribullet is not so great at making salsa, breadcrumbs, chopping onions or making chicken salad.

    • Answer Smallest cup holds slightly more than 8 oz; larger cup holds 2 cups. There is a third cup with a handle that I have left in the car with the travel lid, but it holds a min. of 8 oz. maybe more.

    • Answer i do all the time. camping in the motorhome is fun because i make a smoothie.....strawberries, peaches, bananas and/or blueberries and when i am finished i put the entire container with cover in the freezer for the next smoothie! no wash, no problem, stays clean, cold and ready for one more smoothie

    • Answer Greetings from Magic Bullet, Thank you so much for taking the time to ask a great question. For the most part the Power Base doesn’t really get dirty, but liquids can leak out and get into the base and activator buttons. Here’s how to clean it up. Step 1: The most important thing is to UNPLUG the Power Base before cleaning! Step 2: Make sure the blade is not attached to the Power Base. Step 3: Use a damp rag to wipe down the inside and outside of the Power Base. • NEVER SUBMERGE THE POWER BASE IN WATER OR PLACE IT IN THE DISHWASHER. • Never put your hands or utensils near the moving blade and never use your hands or utensils to press the activator buttons down while the Power Base is plugged in. • Periodically, the Power Base actuator tabs where the cup tabs insert may be come soiled and sticky. To clean the actuators, first make sure the Power Base is unplugged. Then, use a rag dampened with warm soapy water and gently scrub the area, allowing the debris to dissolve completely and be wiped away. For excessive soilage, you may use a 10% dilution of vinegar and water to clean the area thoroughly. You may contact our Customer Service Department Monday – Friday, 9am – 8pm & Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm EST at 866-446-6352 for assistance on using the product or warranty service.

    • Answer Thank you for your inquiry. Our products are manufactured in compliance with US and Canadian electrical standards; as such they are 120v and have a 2-pin polarized plug. Further, we do not recommend use of our product with adapters and converters which are considered an unauthorized modification of the product under paragraph 2 of our warranty and will void the warranty. Use of such devices or use of this product in locations with different electrical specifications may result in damage to the product. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    • Answer No, it won’t leave big chunks if you leave it blending for long enough. It’s amazing how creamy the texture gets even with nuts and big chunks of fruit. Way better than every other standard blender! You can even make nut butters in it. It comes with a recipe book with all kinds of stuff, not just smoothies!

    • Answer My original silver Magic Bullet weighed 2 lb 5 oz and my new black Magic Bullet weighs 1 lb 9 oz. They both however say 250W. The blade for the new black one does not screw on to the mugs that came with the older silver one.
