• The cup is the tall cup. The cup is 6 inches tall ( without lid) and holds 16 ounces. ( I manually measured the tall cup) Any more than 16 ounces it may spill over. I received the tall cup, lid and the base. I hope this will help.

• 14 or 16-It holds a decent amount of product but you can Purchase a bigger cup for this blender which is really great it works very well .
