- Answer I was having trouble with mine. I called Magic Chef. They said 1 is warmest 7 is coldest.

QuestionAre u supposed to have the red button pushed in or does it stay pushed out, where the thermostat is located inside the mini fridge? What is the red button for?

- Answer The Red button should only be pushed in when you want to set the unit into defrost.

- Answer Hi Tatica, what kind of a small noise is it? It is normal to hear refrigerant moving around the unit (bubbling, gurgling sound) also, when the compressor turns on it may make a slight vibrating/buzzing sound. Other than that there shouldn't be any other sounds.

- Answer This model is not frost free. You can lay the unit on its side for transportation. Once you arrive to your destination, allow the unit to stand in its upright position for 4 hours before plugging it in.

QuestionLast night while cleaning the Magic Chef mini fridge freezer compartment ,my friend accidentally punctured the bottom causing a hissing sound .It must have been the coolant 05 freon since the refrigerator isn`t getting cold . Can this be repaired?
