The SANS Adjustable Speaker Stands work well with these. The speaker will basically just sit on top of the stand and be held in place with a sticking rubber pad but if you are not in a high traffic area they are fine. If you bump into them the speaker could fall off. If you can attach directly to wall it is better - just run the speaker wire behind the floor molding or behind the drywall if you can.
