QuestionHow long is the wash/rinse cycle? My last dw took 2 hours and still had to dry the dishes before putting them away.

QuestionWould this fit in a 34" high space? I am looking at multiple dishwashers online and they often state they are 34.5 in tall. My previous dishwasher is 24x34x24 and that seems about right when I measure it myself.

- Answer It should fit as the measurement for my countertop at the front lip was 34 1/4 and the feet had room to lower. I finally had a salesman explain that most ads show maximum height.

- Answer They do install. I was quoted $150 and if you have them install it, they do not charge tax on the purchase. So you save about $50. My husband said it is definitely worth it.

- Answer Hi Billys65isalive, sometimes this indicates that the control panel on the Dishwasher may need a reboot. You can do this by either unplugging the unit if not hard-wired or shutting it off at the breaker for 90 seconds. Try not to go over 90 seconds. QuestionJust purchased this Maytag dishwasher. I'm wondering if it is normal to see some condensation on the bottom of the door after it ran a normal cycle with heated dry? It was the next morning that I noticed it. Any advice? Thanks!

- Answer Hi Hizingers,please make sure that you are using a Rinse Aid with your unit. Your dishwasher is designed to use rinse aid for good drying performance. Without rinse aid, your dishes and dishwasher interior will have excessive moisture. The Heat Dry option will not perform as well without rinse aid. For most water conditions, the factory setting will give good results. However, if you are experiencing poor drying performance, you may want to try a higher setting. Turn the arrow adjuster inside the dispenser to change rinse aid setting.Thank you for your inquiry on our Maytag appliances.

- Answer Wasn't aware of a problem. Mine works fine. Reading the reviews before buying about 2 months ago didn't see anything about it. The LED light's are bright, can not read the words under it when lite. Like that the door handle is just pulled nothing to repair ( kitchen-aid handle broke, twice). Just hope it doesn't catch fire like the last Maytag years back, they just wanted to replace the wire harness, really! NEVER go to bed running the DW or any appliance! If you are asking about a reset of control's, apparently its done by turning off the breaker at panel if hard wired or outlet the switch for the outlet, for a minute.

- Answer Has 3 Racks Low dBA 48 Don't have a heater element to dry Controls on top of the door I have the MDB4949SHB, works well. All of the above does nothing for me, but cost more! READ the reviews
