“How do you unlock the lid during cycles of wash? If you forget to put something in. I tried to pause it and all the water drained out and I had to start it again. I don't like that I can't lift the lid when I want.”

• Hello! You will need to press pause, please make sure you do not hold the pause button down as this will cancel the cycle. Just press it once, then give the cycle a second to stop. We hope this helps.

• you press the start button for about 4 seconds or so. It says on the instructions it might take a bit for the lid to unlock
