“I noticed that this Maytag model does not have a interior light in the front loading washer or the front loading dryer? My older washer and dryer do have interior lights. I want to know from customers have found the lack of light to be a problem. Thanks!”

It's A huge problem Very disappointed it doesn't have a light

We have to fish around inside to make sure nothing is being left in the washer. Small items are hard to find. Also can't reverse the door on the washer, only the dryer. Not sure how the high end machines are not being designed like high end machines.

If my wife and I had known there was no light on these appliances we would not have purchased them. Having extra light has helped to prevent many mistakes before and after usage of our previous machines. Today, not having this tactical device appears to be so primitive. We have adequate lighting on the outside, having it on the inside is always a plus. Isa & Deborah

I am looking for a set with interior lighting (Maytag of course) if I find a set with interior lighting I will be returning this set.
