Yes, you can use multiple retail activation codes to extend your subscription. You can do through through you McAfee account.

These product key codes are still valid when I redeem within 3 years. You still can get the most up-to-date version of McAfee, even the key code is not bought at current year. Of course, don't buy too much and the key code may not useable if McAfee changes their interface completely in the future. Although this item isn't too expensive, I suggest only buy up to 4 key codes, which is up to 4 years ahead to use. Hope this help, and Happy and Safe Thanksgiving! :)
